Share experience without prescribing

Describe what happened to you. Do not tell someone what to take, how much to take, how to mix or inject a substance, or how to change a prescription or treatment schedule. Do not request personalized dosing plans, diagnose symptoms or present an unproven treatment as safe or effective. Medical decisions belong with the person's clinician.

Label personal experience as personal experience. Give a source when discussing research; explain its limits without turning it into a treatment instruction. Approval of a post does not establish that its claims are medically correct.

No selling or sourcing

Do not buy, sell, trade, source or arrange access to medicines, peptides or research substances. No vendor referrals, affiliate codes, product solicitations or links intended to connect members with a seller. Do not move a prohibited transaction into private messages or another service.

Treat people with care

No harassment, threats, hate, stalking, coercion or encouragement of violence or self-harm. Do not shame someone for their body, diagnosis, treatment or pace of progress. Disagree with a claim without attacking the person. No sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors or non-consensual intimate material.

Respect declined message requests and blocks. Do not use another account, a group invitation or another service to continue unwanted contact. Do not impersonate members, clinicians or staff, or invent professional credentials.

Protect privacy

Do not disclose another person's identity, contact details, private messages, health records or photos without permission. Do not copy member posts out of PepClub without the author's permission. Removing a name does not necessarily make a health story anonymous.

Check the audience before posting. Ordinary communities are readable by signed-in members; a circle may have a smaller audience. A pseudonym cannot prevent someone recognizing details you share. Leave out information you do not want that audience to know.

Keep participation honest

No spam, scams, malicious links, mass unsolicited messages or attempts to collect member data. Post only content you have permission to use. Do not manipulate reports, create accounts to evade restrictions or pressure another member to disclose private records.

Use reports and appeals for their purpose

Where reporting is enabled, report the specific content or conduct and include only relevant information. Read the evidence and retention notice before submitting. A receipt confirms storage, not a finding against the person reported. Do not repeatedly contact the reported person to demand an outcome.

We may hold or remove content and restrict access. If a decision offers an appeal, use the route and deadline in that notice. Explain the error without threats or unrelated personal information. Get urgent help outside PepClub

For an emergency, severe reaction or immediate risk of harm, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service. Do not wait for a reply, report review or moderator. PepClub cannot assess an emergency or provide medical care.
