The community promise
PepClub is being built for adults who want peer support and a private tracking space. Member access is not released. These are the boundaries behind the member policies.
What it is
A private journal you write for yourself, alongside member communities and optional invited circles. You choose what leaves the journal, every time.
Ordinary community posts can be read by signed-in members, including people who have not joined that community. Restricted communities and invited circles have narrower audiences. Check the audience before posting; a community is not automatically a private circle.
What it will never do
- No dosing advice. Not a number, not a schedule, not a titration plan, from the app or from the people in it.
- No reading of your symptoms. Nobody here can tell you what a symptom means, and the product will never pretend to.
- No sourcing and no selling. No vendors, no referrals, no affiliate links, no grey-market anything.
- No member feed open to the internet. Member posts require sign-in and respect the selected audience. Private journal records are not published automatically.
- No selling your information or using your private journal for advertising or general-purpose model training. Hosting providers process data to run the service. When approved and enabled, TypeSafe Jev screens ordinary community text intended for all signed-in members; private journals, private messages and restricted-community or circle text stay outside that screening boundary.
Who it is for
Adults seeking peer support. PepClub does not prescribe, diagnose or suggest treatment. Speak with a qualified clinician about medical decisions; community discussion never replaces care.
What we ask of members
- Speak from your own experience. Say what happened to you, not what someone else should do.
- Do not ask for or give a dose. If a thread turns into a protocol, it gets closed.
- Keep what you read in the circle. The reason people write honestly is that it stays there.
- Send someone to their clinician when the answer is medical. That is not a brush-off, it is the correct answer.
If someone is in trouble
If a post describes an emergency, self-harm, or a reaction that needs care now, the right move is local emergency services, not a circle. Moderation will say so plainly and will not try to handle it in a thread.
This promise can change
The product is in development. On 11 October 2026, this page was updated to explain signed-in community audiences and the limited external screening path. The earlier circle-only wording did not describe that product contract. The member terms, privacy policy and community rulesgive the details. These policies do not enable member access.
