Who can join

You must be at least 18 and old enough to enter this agreement where you live. Use your own account and a sign-in method you control. A pseudonym is welcome; impersonating someone else, misrepresenting professional qualifications or using another person's identity is not.

Registration requires your separate agreement to these terms, themember privacy policy and thecommunity rules. Joining does not consent to optional private Journey cloud sync, a report submission or marketing emails.

Peer support and health safety

PepClub provides peer discussion and personal tracking. It does not provide medical care, diagnosis, prescriptions, treatment plans or dosing advice. A member's experience, educational article or moderation decision is not a medical recommendation or proof that a treatment is safe. Speak with a qualified clinician about your own care.

Do not use PepClub to handle an emergency. Contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service when someone needs urgent help. Posts, reports and support email are not monitored continuously and do not have a guaranteed response time.

Your account

Protect your verification codes, linked sign-in accounts, passkeys and recovery files. Do not share, sell or transfer account access. Tell us athello@joinpepclub.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require verification before changing access or handling a privacy request.

A sign-in failure or lost recovery method may prevent access. Signing out does not erase account data or local recovery copies. Review those copies before leaving a shared device.

Your content and its audience

You keep ownership of the content you create. Give us permission to store, copy, transmit and display it only as needed to provide the features you choose, enforce these rules and meet legal obligations. This permission includes service providers acting for those purposes; it does not authorize selling your content or using private Journey records for advertising or general-purpose model training.

Only submit content you have the right to use. Do not publish another person's private information, medical records or image without their permission. Respect copyrights and other rights. Send rights concerns to hello@joinpepclub.com with enough detail to identify the content and your claim.

Ordinary community posts can be read by signed-in members, including members who have not joined that community. Restricted communities and invited circles have narrower audiences. Check the displayed audience before submitting. Following someone or sharing a link does not grant access to restricted content. Private drafts and Journey records do not become posts unless you choose to share them.

People who can read your content may save it or disclose it elsewhere despite our rules. PepClub cannot recall screenshots, downloads or copies shared outside the service. Deleting a private original and removing a shared post are separate actions.

Use the service without harming others

Follow the community rules in posts, profiles, messages, reports and appeals. Do not evade blocks or restrictions, collect member information without permission, send spam, submit malicious files or attempt to access another account or private area. Do not sell, source or promote medicines or research substances through PepClub.

You may read and use the app for its intended features. This does not give you ownership of PepClub's software, design or branding, or permission to republish another member's content.

Moderation, reports and appeals

We may hold or remove content, limit features or suspend access for rule violations, security risks or legal requirements. Automated screening can make mistakes; publication or approval is not an endorsement. Human review and appeals are available only where the feature and its notice are enabled. The decision notice explains any available appeal and its deadline.

A report receipt confirms that a submission was stored. It does not promise staff action or reveal another person's private case. Do not file knowingly false reports or use reporting to harass someone. Relevant evidence may remain restricted while a case or valid retention obligation is open, as explained in the report notice and privacy policy.

Leaving PepClub

You can stop using the service at any time. Where enabled, account settings let you request an export or account deletion. A received deletion request is not proof of completed erasure. PepClub currently cannot confirm completed account deletion; a request may remain pending. The privacy policy explains local copies, safety evidence and other retention limits.

After completed deletion and required proof cleanup, an eligible sign-in identity may create a fresh account with current consent. It receives a new account ID and inherits no old account data. This is not permission to evade a safety restriction.

Availability, changes and your rights

Features may be unavailable, changed or withdrawn. Keep your own copy of information you need; PepClub is not a medical record or a guaranteed backup. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of member content or a particular health outcome.

Material policy changes will carry a new version and notice. When fresh agreement is required, we will ask for it explicitly. A new document does not turn on optional health-data processing or change an earlier report's accepted retention period by itself.
